Why is this female only?
Through my work coaching & hosting retreats, there is a different energy present in female-only spaces - a spirit of strength & connection you can almost palpate. There is a real need for a genuine, supportive 'women supporting women' space in this industry, so I wanted to create it for us.
How much time will this take per month?
The Manual Therapist Movement is a space to grow, connect & develop personally & professionally.
It is designed around 6 key elements with one piece of content dropping each week - manageable, but consistent.
I recommend allowing 1 hour per week (timings of live elements will be shared in advance) for the live content & to integrate the golden nuggets!
I'm not based in the UK - can I still join?
ABSOLUTELY!
We will do our very best to make the content time zone friendly, but otherwise all content will be recorded & posted inside your portal within 24 hours to watch at your own leisure!
